Filipino man (I can tell by the accent) rang to talk about loft insulation on a Birmingham number. Started off by saying this is not a sales call... nope, it's a scam call is what it is.
Answered call after missing one from similar number and was asked what make and model mobile I had. Said wasn’t prepared to discuss and hung up. Had further call from almost exact same number with last 2 digits changed so didn’t answer and blocked number. Obviously some sort of scam
