Very polite young man, calling about Funeral Plans, saying I had requested a call back on a recent survey I had done. I told him I didn t request a call back as I drive for a living and can do without the distraction, and I already have plans. He apologised and said he would ensure I get no more calls and promptly wished me a safe afternoon. Not really what I would term a "nuisance call" and polite as well!!

I find the calls from this number exceedingly annoying, calls not between business hours therefore increasing your anxiety levels.

I recieved a call and as the gentleman above it appeared to be a prank call and ater a few seconds the call was ended by the "caller". Unknown caller as yet.

Rang asking whether I "still use prepayment meters for the gas and electricity". Told her she had no idea what she was talking about (there s no gas at the property for a start!). She "assured me her information was correct". Then she asked if I pay by direct debit for gas and electricity. Told her that was none of her business and besides there s no gas at the house. She hung up.
