Market research company that are pestering with multiple calls to both my landline and mobile.

Loads of calls to my mobile from various numbers starting 07874 40xxxx. Those which are not silent all sound to be the same voice, addressing me as "Hey, Moosah!". The odd thing is that they ring off if I ask them who they are or what they want, so they aren't exactly very persistant with whatever scam they are running.
