Appeared on caller ID as a local number. The caller said she was from "Travel Advice Line". I'm not convinced this was a local company and it was probably a sales...
When told that we had not had an accident this person very rudely cut the line. On trying to dial this number we were informed that his number does not exist

they call from all sorts of numbers and never answer when you pick up the phone
Same as other comments - phoned but left no message, phoned back - hold music, never answered, high charge.
Called several times today already while I’m in work obviously I can’t answer as I’m busy but they already no that my payment this month was going to be late as I’d rang an gave them a heads up.
Have no idea how these people have my number as it s ex directory, keep calling about saving me money on my mortgage and bills etc call at all hours but mainly between the hours of 4pm and 9.30pm. I have told them to remove my number from their list and im registered with the TPS but it all falls on deaf ears. If it carries on I ll do them for harassment and let my dog bark down the phone.
