Vietnam???? This is a UK number allocated to BT. It's used to relay an audio text message that someone sent to your landline and used by many different telephone providers. Also 0845602111 may call if the originating mobile is using a BT mobile contract. Dunno what Binh Dinh has to do with it. Very strange.

Scam call. Foreign accented woman in call centre wanted "To speak with the person responsible for electricity bill payment" Blocked the number and hung up.
