SCAM!!! I don't answer phone numbers I don't recognise but this number left an automated voicemail message. It said a payment of £97.00 had been taken from credit card on my Amazon account & to press 1 to cancel or contact Amazon fraud protection on their number. Is there any way these scammers can be prosecuted? Until they are it's only going to get worse & people are going to be out of pocket, never mind the effect on mental health.

Caller phoned my mobile 5 Feb 2020 and asked to speak to myself and my wife by name. When asked identified himself as David Samuels but then just hung up.
