Fast track PPI. Got my own back on them because they didn't initially ask me the right questions. I left them to their own devices and generally dodged their phone calls and any other communications. Eventually after about 2/3 months of evasive action on my behalf I agreed to a telephone questionnaire as a bank I was with about 20 years ago had possibly mis sold.
