Scam call for criminal case against my name

A recorded announcement claiming to be from HMRC, saying that there was evidence of fraud on my account. Hung up because it was so clearly a scam call.

Man with strong Asian accent, when asked said he was from the Telephone Preference Service, was quite forceful asking me to listen when he was talking!! Obviously not genuine.
I am tempted to have handy my mobile set to the repeating parrot app. Then the caller can listen to his own questions and answers ad infinitum.

Spam text saying there has been a card payment from me and to open a web link. Do not open link. Just delete.

SCAM Female operator trying to tell me the company she worked for controlled my broadband and that i could be getting a better rate. When i declined and requested she didn't call me again, she became very argumentative to the point she was shouting down the phone.
