They disguise as a competition that you can win £1000 in vouchers then ask you for your sort code of your bank card under pretext that you won the draw and to redeem the money you are required to prove my identity. Please do not share any of the personal details over the phone unless you are certain that the details are safe from scam or fraud!!!
Unsolicited sales call. When I asked how they got my number they hung up.
Sadly this IS British gas I phoned them and they admitted that yes they do make presumptive appointments for smart meter installs with the onus on the customer to cancel them The appointment was also on my British Gas online account There is currently NO obligation to have smart meters installed Sadly you cant cancel the appointment online you have to phone them Ive not cancelled yet but put my details in an online complaint and instructed them to cancel it If need be Ill make the call before the appointmen
SCAM automated voice message that a card had been used for £300 on Amazon and £1100 on an international money transfer website. Asked me to call to authorise these transactions or speak to a member of the team to resolve these transactions

SPAM We are with EE. We received a text from +447953222222 'Your voicemail has been locked due to 3 incorrect pin attempts.' We checked it by phoning our voicemail, and left a message, and it was working ok.
left a message on my landline ... press one to stop suspicious activity on my card!!! No name, no bank, no information - fishy!
