I answered call immediately but there seemed to be nobody there.
08000150159 - just rang the direct line and this is not one of the Halifax numbers! They recommend never giving out details and ringing the direct line back (on the back of your card) if it was Halifax genuinely calling they said there would be a note on your account to then discuss! Be careful when giving details to this number!
