Keeps calling saying they are BT. (not BT) Asks for finance director. Just says it s Jess calling.

Silent calls are made once or twice daily. My answer-phone states "the caller has cleared", and normally the number is withheld, but not on this and a previous occasion. The pattern of the calls makes me think it is the same caller, [for many months]. The TPS advise it may be silent or abandoned calls,or recorded calls.

A mans voice announced that we had 2 unauthorised transactions on our bank account - quoted two amounts - then it was press 1, press 2 etc etc. Checked our account and nothing unauthorised there.
