Cynical call, a day after receiving a SSE dividend, an unsolicited call from the USA about my share holding. An Indian sounding person, in a call centre, who had to asked on whose behalf he was calling. Then said it was some form of financial company. As if one would talk about your shares to an unknown person, acting for an off-shore company. Initially he was trying to make me believe he was connected to SSE.

IT'S NOT O2!!! According to my dad (who works for Telefónica) none of their numbers start with 0330. I received a message straight after I declined the call saying I'd missed a call from them and that this is a call alert from O2. I forwarded that text to a suspected spam number and lived chatted O2 who said it has now been added to a blocked list.
