I have just been informed by elderly relatives that they received a letter form RBS saying contact Fraud Investigations Department on a free phone number. They don't have an RBS account but were concerned about fraud so rang the number. The letter looks wrong and is badly set out. Someone somewhere has allocated a free phone number and routed through an exchange so there must be an audit trial to these low lifes.

This number said that they are investigating my financial activity, and an arrest warrant has been issued and to click 1 to find out more... Which I did NOT do.... Plod should be investigating this instead of hounding people doing 31 in a 30mph zone!!!
