Scam for HMRC. I'm assuming it was call spoofing though so the person who owns this number probably didn't do anything wrong.
SCAM, supposedly O2, I am not on O2. Call came through at 02.25.
Very insulting call operator who yelled THAT S WHAT YOU GET FOR USING COMPARISON WEBSITES when I politely declined his offer to improve the deal. Use comparison websites before, and not received such a deluge of spam so not quite sure where he s coming from, but heigh-ho.
SCAM / SPAM
Just another B.... pest. Let s have some sense and responsibility brought into this non-sensical area of using the telephone as an "in" for crude and agressive selling of some service that we neither need nor want!!!!

I had recently had my Samsung phone fixed using wefix (Authorised Samsung Repairer). This number rang and asked two questions regarding the service. 1. Was I happy with it on a scale of 1-7 (yes to 7) and 2. Would I recommend Samsung on a scale of 1-10.

SCAM Rang me to say I had a ppi claim coming of over £3000. I went with it because we are still getting the odd payment through on claims made last year. Asked me for bank details, alarm bells started ringing I asked where the ppi claim was coming from as in who owes it. Tried to flannel me by saying payment would be coming via HSBC or Lloyd's. Pressed the point saying that's not what I meant and he put the phone down on me. Looked the number up, Originates Ghujurat as the accent suggested.
SCAM claiming to be O2.
Tried me twice in strong Indian accent wanting to speak to main internet user. When I phoned back received "number not recognised" response. All you scammers pleas...
They called my mother for a survey and unfortunately she answered. Now she is receiving lots of calls and some spam emails. i think it s related! Be careful don t give them your personal details.
