If this is genuine then Santander want to think again. Scammers try to behave like Banks but when Banks behave like Scammers we ve really got a problem
I answered this call and it was from a local O2 upgrades team. They explained they had my information as I had opted in to allow marketing calls from O2 but not 3rd parties. I ve since changed to opt out but did upgrade with them as they were very helpful and offered me a really good deal I couldn t get through my local store. Hope this helps others :-)

Asked about my (fictitious) car accident. They cleared down on the call when I asked for details of their company.
My National Insurance number is about to be suspended due to fraudulant activity blah blah blah.
It's a debt collecter agency based in Glasgow called AIC
very vague man saying he was calling from rbs customer care - phoned me at work then said he was calling to see if I was satisfied with my business account and personal account - I don t have a personal account and he was unable to explain properly the purpose of his call so I hung up
Keep getting calls from this number. Person (sounds like a young guy) says hello and then keeps laughing and hanging up.
