Just read a few comments saying its Natwest and genuine. It may be a Natwest number but these are scammers. One post suggested you ring your bank from an alternative phone which is okish. Best to drop in to your local branch (if you can find one) Do not use the phone you received the message on or your regular mobile as they may have access to both.

BEWARE - scammer. 2nd identical call today. A male with an Indian accent told me his name was Winston and he was calling from BT. I asked him what my BT account number is, but he did not answer and said he was calling because of a problem with my router / browser.
