SCAM . Young ish english woman rang to say my washing machine cover expired today. Put the phone down on me when I said I would check our documents. We renewed 2 months ago. Disgraceful behaviour.

rang my mobile this morning purporting I had enquired about PPI via another company. I told her to remove my particulars from their data base
Claimed to be from BT and talked about updating the cloud. Suspicious as we don't have anything cloud based with BT.

A well spoken lady called on 01476 571580 purporting to be from Margaret Rose Healthcare. She said she was ringing "everyone in my area" (in Berkshire) to ask if we were in good health and wanted "mobility aids". I said we would go via GP & NHS/private healthcare and asked if she was really ringing everyone in my area. She then changed that wording to say "We have you on our list, yes".
