Apparently Russia, Smolensk area ... obviously a scam. Probably of the 'ring back and get charged a lot' style. Rang off when I answered the phone.

This number keeps bugging me. Thank goodness I blocked it though xD They tried ringing me when it was blocked. ..bad move there.
