Caller pretends to be from BT alledging illegal access to your broadband. Asks you to download a website Anydesk.com. This shows you suppossedly all the users who are accessing you broadband. Then they ask you to check your bank account and lo and behold someone has taken money from your account. In the next few minutes they show you that you have been credited with a large amount of money. This is to say thank you for helping them track scammers. Claiming to have spoke to company partner saying she's already been in touch with him. I take all inbound calls and I've never heard of 'Black Sheep'.
This call is from Southend on Sea Council so genuine not scam.
