SCAM pretending to be from virgin media and there was fraudulent use of my IP address, wanted me to use a laptop to do something - at that point I said I couldn’t right now but would call back and they hung up

PPI Claim Company. Using local number misleading you into thinking phoning from where you live, you then answer the call only to find it's another annoying PPI claim company.
Several calls from this number leaves silent messages for 1 minute even blocking the number on the iPhone doesn’t seem to stop them

I called Capita to discuss about shares they held for me for 27 minutes and was led to believe from their litrature that it would cost 12p a minute. I was charged £15.13 access charge and another £3.30 for service. Total £18.43 bandits !
