I too have received a call the same as Anonymous, above. I killed the call when the "Press 1" option was given.
This was an automated call from amazon asking me to press 1 for info about my renewal.

Recently received numerous calls from this number...saying they were from Virgin and that my broadband speed was slow etc Made the mistake of connecting to the computer so that they could check broadband speed and nearly ended up letting them have my details. They were so plausible as they knew about me.Now they are using another number....01420358012 so beware..they are dangerous...

SCAM / SPAM Phoned my mum saying £600 had been spent on her credit card luckily I was here and she put the call on to me. They hung up then. and Unable to call the number back its unobtainable. Scammers targeting older people. Despicable scum bags
