This is a nuisance call number, constantly ringing in case you are on benefits so they can (allegedly) get you free heating ..... Clearly pay NO attention to TPS rules.

yes, i got the same call too, and i got paranoid at first. good thing i had the presence of mind to check the number online first! so there, it s a scam. i read something like once you call them back, you will be the one getting all these international call charges!!! so dont call back!!
