Calls every couple of days. I haven t answered. I did have a previous subscription with Greenpeace so it may be them.
Just called me regarding an attempted transaction to John Lewis. Said my account was ‘under attack’ and there had been several suspicious transactions. He said he would escalate my case to Level 3 fraud, set up a new account number and sort code with a random generated name. Phoned Santander fraud department who confirmed my account was safe - the scammer then called me back ‘No Caller ID’! so I told him in no uncertain terms that he was a scamming bastard and he could go forth and multiply.

Told me my washing machine warranty ran out, apparently a few weeks ago? I asked why I had nothing in writing and told them to send me a letter. I said I d have to check my paperwork and caller told me he d wait!! Told him I m busy!! So he put the phone down. If you ask for paperwork from them they hang up. Load of lies, operators should get a proper job.
