Car Accident - caller suggested they were from what sounded like a solicitor and said they understood I’d been involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault - then sounded automated as I asked a question and it just came back with another question so I rang off. Tried ringing the number back but got the number “doesn’t exist” message. Hoax/fraudulent?

After some silence and call clicking in (like when international rings) she claimed to be called Christine Smith and that she could help me with my problems with my PC and getting online. I questioned her real name and she got quite argumentative. I told her I don t have a PC and as I was hanging up she asking "when you asked my real name..."

They called me told me my name and my postcode. Said that I was happy with my bank and credit cards? I said yes and he then said okay and cut me off. VERY VERY DODGY and cannot call the number back either so concerned how they have my details??
