SCAM - Claims to be calling from HMRC. Says there is a warrant out for my arrest over a £1000 tax dept. Says that three letters have been sent. Asks for payment over phone. SCAM - JUST HANG UP!

Don't accepted there offer or believe anything the say it's all a scam don't ever listen to them its all a scam

Just called me claiming the company is called Basic Financial Introduction Ltd and that the office she was calling from is located at Dovertinson Way, London and that the company is registered within the UK. I requested the information she had on me under the Data Protection Act which she refused to do. She said her name was Sarah Anderson. She said she got my number from me carrying out a web search. I have a recording of the entire call.

This number called me at 9.01 am, asked for me by name and wanted to talk about energy saving.
received a call from a welsh man called nicholas on my mobile i couldn t understand what he was talking about but did catch the words "Life Insurance". BLOCKED!

Don t answer!! Don t give any details!!! These people called my elderly mother saying that there was a claim for her vehicle insurance - absolute rubbish. Also the insurance is under my father s name so they basically got her mobile number from a database. Luckily I was here and took over the phone call where it became immediately clear that they were fraudsters. Being based in Haywards Heath and with an English telephone agent you d be forgiven for initially thinking that they were legit.
