Got called from this number today. Upon speaking to the agent from India, she tells me she s from the UK regulator of energy asking me for my cost of electricity I currently pay. I asked again for where she was calling from and she gave me there business name of UK Energy Direct. Upon telling her that UK Energy Direct wasn t the UK regulator it is Ofgem or whatever they are now called, she informed me that they are working for and on behalf of Ofgem to tell my supplier to lower my bill. I didn t even think
