This is an UNSAFE number. They are a "Contractor working on behalf of a Client, whom they cannot identify for security reasons until you answer (their) security questions". Well spoken but no info on what they do or who they are. They will not even send an email but will post. Do not answer their security questions! Block the number to prevent reoccurrence.
Was going to call this number back but thought I'd check this site for info. Thanks guys- You saved me giving them abuse.

Internet - Caller claimed to be from Microsoft. She knew my name and address, and claimed that Microsoft had been receiving error messages from my computer. After a few sceptical questions, she rang off.
