0845 603 1755 is genuine. I was very suspicious of the call (and the text message sent to my mobile) so immediately hung up & checked my account online. Sure enough, a pending debit card payment of ?30 to "O2 PrePay Slough" definitely not authorised by me as I m not (and never have been) an O2 customer. A phone call to the Lloyds number printed on the debit card - they blocked it & they re sending me a new one. SPAM - left a voicemail that sounded like Chinese or random syllables with music in the background. Happened a month or two back with a different number.

Someone in a rather busy callcenter saying they're from 3 mobile billing department how can they help me? I said I'm not sure you called me and she hung up immediately. Needs more scammer training that woman. Might also help if I was with 3.

Automated call with a female voice saying it was from my bank's security department about two charges on my account this morning. One to Amazon for £400 and the other for a money transfer. Hung up.

I received 4 calls from this number in 24 hours. Three times it was silent, the fourth time I spoke with Daniel from Redstar who said that they would assist with claiming money back.
