When call is answered person gives first name, but no company details. nSome staff can be abusive to caller.
Ring for a long time before hanging up. Didn’t leave a message. I never answer any call from an unidentified number. If they’re genuine they can leave a message and I’ll call back.
I think it was a scam number. No-one spoke when I answered and it was on landline I hardly ever get calls on.

caller didnt announce himself, just asked me to confirm personal details but when i asked, he claimed to be from "the nationwide". He had my name, phone number and postcode.
