Normally don't answer the phone for numbers not recognised, but was expecting a call from a Leeds no. so took the plunge. Anyway, the person at the other end of the line explained that they worked for an 'Energy Hub'(*) and that I would be entitled to a free energy survey - which included an internal/external assessment of my property to see if any energy savings could be made ... all on the back of the cost of living/energy price rises 'fear' ... Calls me several times a day
SCAM Recorded message in female robovoice mentioning HRMC, threat of lawsuit for tax evasion etc. Hung up before message gave press 1 option for advice.
