Received several calls from an Asian gentleman in the name of Bilah Jedd asking for the owner of the company - he claims to be calling from the National Grid. First call; he's calling as he's been advised from our current energy supplier that we have complained about their service, therefore the complaint has been referred to National Grid to investigate - he requested our supplier (why if a alleged complaint has been referred to him from our supplier) He then asked for our customer account details and paym
