I had a call from 08004118899 trying to persuade me to buy plan to cover a Hotpoint washing machine as according to them my warranty has expired. Since I have never registered this machine and I doubt the respected shop from which it was bought would give them my details I was suspicious of their company and proposed service. Looking at these comments it would appear I am correct in resisting their advances.

yes, as per all the other comments, this is Addenbrookes appt automated reminder. Rang my home and mobile several times but of course, no message. I have been waiting for an appointment time and date to come through and GP has chased on several occasions. The message stated it was a reminder that I had an appointment on (date and time given and Department). Told me it was to do with an accident I d been involved in during past two years (I haven t had any road accidents and not driven for over 8 years). Told her to F*** off so she rang back and asked what was that I d said, so told her I was sick and tired of these calls and to F*** OFF again. She rang for a third time so I just put the phone down

I was called by an indian man with poor command of the english language claiming they were from a lifestyle company or such like and also had my full name and address, and they said they had obtained this information from a free database, once I said I wasnt prepared to answer any questions they hung up. Blocked.

I received a call in India from this number and the moment I picked up the phone the caller hund up.
