I have received a phone call from this number, 03333202536... no one actually said anything... it was a quiet call... strange...

Claiming to be from HMRC obviously a SCAM hang up immediately
I'm more and more convinced it is a scam. I was called this morning, by an automated voice, that there is a proceeding against me because I didn't pay my taxes, and if I want to avoid further consequences (including jail!), I should press 1. Pulled over, pressed 1, a female voice greeted me and asked for personal data. I didn't give any, and asked if there is a number I can call them back on. She said she would call me back later instead. Once home, checekd with HMRC, no issues with my status or taxes.

Its an over seas call, I called it and the ring tone was aboard. UK do use over seas numbers so they don t get traced.
Cold calling scammer claiming to be a 'local energy advisor'. Caller hung up when challenged.
