Ignore them they buy credit from other companies illegally and try to tell you that you owe them the money instead. Also there automated system gives the wrong name

Just had a call from this company saying that I had a mortgage, credit cards and I had given the personal details in the past. All untrue, just tell them that you did not invite them to telephone calls ou and that you are recording the conversation and do they wish to continue, of course not because they put the phone down. Sick of the damn companies.
