Had a call from this number today (020 3701 9254) after ignoring calls from the Glasgow number previously mentioned. I never answer them as had a feeling they were scams though...
claimed to be direct line, got fidgety when I challenged them
Claimed to be from Electricity and Gas Department of Scottish Power.
rang me multiple times and wouldn't speak each time .

TAXES / HMRC they said that I am being prosecuted for not paying my taxes...I don't work and don't have a hmrc account
Involved in a car accident that wasn t your fault, very aggressive & rude
Called purporting to be from EE and asked about renewal and if I'd like a free phone upgrade. Given that the phone in question is on a business contract and recently upgraded, I would deem this to be a scam. The caller hung up very quickly once I said I didn't want an upgrade.
