This cold call was from a company whose name I did not catch, who are purporting to sell a service which would block all nuisance and unsolicited calls for an annual fee of £24....
SCAM tried to say that i had opened a block chain account 6-7 years ago, and that i had 5000 punds worth of bitcoin in it. He wanted me to open pc and follow his steps to get it back before they would close the account....
On answering their call the caller asks if you are Mr Smith etc yes I answer how can I help then the line goes dead.
Spoke very poor English. Wanted to ask consumer questions (I think that s what he said) blocked !!
