I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! I very stupidly entered my details so I could simply get a quote on a loan that I had been messaged details about. Ever since then I have had god knows how many calls and message s, numerous times a day. I now have to put my phone on silent so it doesn t disturb my work. I have blocked a load of different numbers but they keep ringing on different numbers. Word of advice - steer clear of them all!!

Bombards you with tons of calls from various numbers trying to offer money of Windows and doors. Will keep changing their number to other local looking numbers. Pain!!!!

When I answer this call there is a long silence then a female voice says"goodbye" nothing else.

We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. She is also using the mobile number 07546892327.

Scam call claiming to be Openreach and saying broadband frequency being changed, needed me to go to my computer so that they could guide me through set-up. I hung up. Number rang again this morning but I didn t answer.
