SCAM! Someone called me on 01494 490253 saying that "I have a job there" they knew my name which was weird as I never worked anywhere near the area. So if you get it block it and change the number which I did

01763248650 Number falsely displayed by call from bank account phishing thieves. (The number belongs to a legitimate UK engineering company, but the call is not from them.)
SCAM Called saying cover on washing machine had expired but I know it hadn’t. Offered to reduce price if renewed today.

Just another scam suggesting the call was from BT and that it was about my internet connection. Asian voice - mobile phone number!
Didn t pick up as I didn t recognise it. Left answerphone message saying I should call back to avoid missing this unique opportunity or dial 9 to opt out. Needless to say I ve done neither but added it to my Blocked List
