I was asked if I live in an industrial or noisy area that had affected my hearing. My reply.... " sorry I can t hear you!" and then put the phone down on them! Not the first call I ve had from this number. Another recent one was about playing the football pools! It s getting to the point that if I answer the phone and hear an Asian/Indian accent I just put the phone down!
Social engineering attack
This is a 3rd party company who is outsourced by 02. 02 provided them with details of current and former customers to up sell contracts. However the 3rd party company (Intelling) has very little information and come across as scammers as they ask for information that 02 would already know. They are highly aggressive and rude, despite repeating myself 4 times asking them to remove my number from their system and to stop calling - the lady I was speaking to refused to listen and attempted to continue w
