Chap, with a very broad Lancashire accent, insisted I had worked in industry in the 1970s. When I said I had never worked in industry he would not believe me, and insisted I had as it said so on his data base. I have never worked in this field, but more fool me for even answering the phone when I did not know who the caller was!
