It’s a scam, claimed to be from a bank and not enough funds in bank to complete transactions. Very bad line and eventually the caller hung up, daughter rang number back and it’s not recognised.
They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Phone scams are a common way for criminals to con people out of money using various tricks to get your personal or financial information. A funny voice asked me to wait until the next HMRC agents would be available. Finally when the "agent" picked up the call, I asked them where they got my number and the "agent" clearly trying to avoid to answer started asking for my personal details. I said that since they

07310218826 called 11Aug23 at 10:32hrs. Recorded message about unauthorised use of my Visa card. Lengthy message so I didn't wait for the end, sounded a familiar pattern. Hung up.

Unknown caller - heavy breathing
Energy supplier demanding to agree to contract for move. Pretending to have instructions from current supplier. That's strange as current supplier doesn't know new address. Be on your guard and use a password if possible.
