This is harassment considering another company was harassing me for the same reason, though they were nicer about giving me time to collect evidence. Automated call masquerading as a real person. Called me claiming I had been in an accident. When I started asking awkward questions, it didn t know how to respond and kept saying ok . I hung up when I got bored. Don t answer calls from this number.

Anyone reporting this number as dangerous is a Swansea University staff member forwarding their office phone calls to their personal mobile phone, as the calls will appear as if they were from the university when the staff member receives the call. This is a Swansea University switchboard number.

Lady with strong Indian Accent from Virgin Media technical said that hackers had got into my router (a hidden problem that affected other users too, not just me), and wanted to check it for me. I confirmed independently by dialling 150 and entereling my password. I was told that no technician had called my phone today, so it was either a phishing call or some attempt to gain control of my online device(s).
