They are not 02 but do either represent or work on behalf of 02. If they say they are passing you through to a manager its really just a sale guy who is good at objection handling who will try and close the sale : )

Strange phone call, like someone previously stated....I also had an issue with the guy when I asked him not to call again, he was rude and aggressive, he appeared not to know my name though he said I had put my details online. I certainly never. Something fishy.

Been called twice in two days by this number. Told the caller yesterday that I wasn t interested in whatever it is they want, but they still called me again today.
