guy phoned asking me about my washing machine. I said I didn t live at that address and he laughed and hung up. how these people make a living I don t know. noise in the background indicated a call centre
A man called, asking to speak to me (so knew my mobile number and name) and said he was from some pensions advisor service. Same questions as previous calls, was I aware of recent pension changes in the law etc. I was a bit vague so he said he would pass me onto a senior advisor at which point I hung up.
Don't know who they are but did not like the sound of the message.

Silent call Received call at 11.51 on 18.03.2021 Lot's of background noise but not speaking. When I repeated 'Hello' they hung up. So annoying when trying to get work done.
They claim that I signed up last year with them to stop unwanted calls. I do not recognize the name. They have charged me £149.99 for the final year then free for life. Claim to have updated the service. Well-spoken, good English, no accent.

Hackers doing the rounds with bogus Microsoft calls. Just do not talk to them. Now blocked. Called at 8am.
claiming to be from microsoft a lot of back ground noise sounding like a school play ground. When asked was this a scam the call was cut off.

3 times these person called me after saying twice nicely that I wasn't interested and hanged up. The 3rd time wasn't so nice and asked to speak to management and he refused to and then was threatening as well saying who do you think I am and do you know who I am etc.
Please don t phone me ever again. If I wanted cheaper gas and electric myself I would investigate it myself. Cold calls effect me so much emotionally and mentally.

SCAM - automated message claiming to be HMRC - you are a subject to a HMRC Investigation with arrest warrant being issued etc etc.. well known scam - if you call the number they will ask you to pay a nominal amount to clear the debt.. just ignore - the REAL HMRC will send you a brown envelope or send you a message via your Self Assessment portal, they will never call you cold

3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? My phone provider will not block single

Fraud Hermes parcel scam text requesting £1.49 for parcel delivery.
This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company. Indian chap, allegedly from Carphone Warehouse. Said I could have a 5g phone with 80Gb of data, etc., for £7 a month. Sounded too good to be true, which means it probably is, so I passed. He then complained that I had wasted his time! I guess his next move would have been to ask for my bank details! Avoid!
