Safe number spoke to someone in regards to enquiry i had made with their company, i was weary to answer at fist but once introduced i felt best to leave a review on here as like most others probably checked the legitimacy.

Said his name was Michael Stevens from the regional grime prevention unit and would we be interested in being the only company in our category to advertise in the new crime prevention magazine for the area It will be handed out to all the local houses, probably 50000 copies. SCAM - Caller knew my name and claimed to be from housing association. Given that others have answered and left comments after being told it is a accident claim company, it is safe to assume this is a scam.

They asked about a car accident that want my fault. I asked where they got my number from and he gave me some nonsense about the rta department . Which obviously doesn t exist. Then the man seemed annoyed with me and hung up. I never did find out how he got my number.

SCAM I don't pick up on unknown numbers so they can leave a voicemail if they are legitimate No voicemail left, after ten minutes I called the number back and this was the message : "This is an incorrect number please check and redial" So my advice, never pick up, wait for them to leave voicemail, google number and then call back if needed HTH

The directors of the company making the calls are: Paul Lord (home address: 46a Nowell Road, Middleton, Manchester, M24 6FL) and Richard Cooper (home address: 6 Reed Close, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 7EF). Have fun writing to them to tell how much you appreciate their calls.

SCAM - Chris claiming to be from from the Green Eco Centre, my "local" energy company, based in South West London. Have had several similar calls from Bournemouth numbers, telling me that my roof insulation needs replacing.
