I attended interview with Irish water on April 2023. I got a call verified my name and disconnected. With Google, I found the landline number belong to Irish Water Leeds office.
It was autocall which said, if you been avoiding tax you will be charge a fee... Or something alone these lines...

He called me on 26/02/2023 from 17.00 on wards every 20 minutes or so till 20.00 hours i disconnected the. then around 15.00 hours he started calling again silent all the time this went on for 10 calls the i did not pick so blocked my land line by leaving phone off hook. I got a call from this number saying they from Curry pc world. They are giving unnatural offers on phones and sim cards. Too good to be true. I didn't go forward with the offer but I believe its a scam.

SCAM caller pretending to be from Virgin Media. I called VM to check the phone number, they confirmed this is not a valid Virgin Media number.
Danger - this number is from a scam Norton 360 protection email. It asks you to call number if you want to cancel the new subscription you have supposedly auto renewed. Would not have worked on me as I have taken Norton 360 as it’s crap as a protection software tool. If I had I would have gone direct to the Norton rather than respond to a high lighted number in an email.
SCAM - didn't answer but called back and it rang then went straight to music. No doubt a number that charges for calls.
SCAM recorded message that bt internet was being closed and to press 1 or 2 to speak to bt customer service to prevent.
