Called both my mobile and my landline - both numbers have voicemail facility, but no message left on either! If it s important enough to call, they should leave a message. Just hanging up suggests it s some sort of telesales which, as I m registered with TPS, should not be happening. Am vey annoyed!!

SCAM receive numerous calls daily which they keep hanging up whether I speak or not. I called the number back & they are a Funeral Plan SCAM. I remember speaking to them a while ago when I told them I was not interested so now I am fed up with them ringing & hanging up. I blocked the number but they still ring from a similar number in the same office building in Manchester. Do not give them any info. They ask for your dob & address. It's a scam

23 Nov 2021 - Silence at first, then a click and background call centre noise. An Asian person then said "Hello Maam, it's "Jacks from Carphone Warehouse. How are you today?" Legit. Checks out with what is listed on the HSBC UK website. Though the call quality was very bad. Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.
