Keep getting calls from this number that stop after 5 rings. We are registered on the TPS, but they don t seem to care.
SPAM picked up pressed 1 it was answered by what sounded like a call center and one of our asian friends,who promptly said he was from the national insurance compromising team...i just stated if he wanted my bank details as well...phone was swiftly put down at his end..get an honest job if you go to HRMC site it clearly states they will not ,text,call,email about your personal details utter fraud/scam
Depends whether you did insure your TV separately 3 years ago. Otherwise it s just a variation on the washing machine warranty / insurance scam.
3 missed calls when i did answer and asked to be removed he just out the phone down on me! Who knows the business would love to make a formal complaint.

The worst pushy salesmen in the business. Actively talked me out of broadband with them in just a few minutes of their unwanted hard sell.
Almost certainly SPAM/SCAM as it called at the usual parasites'/pests' evening time, in this case 6.30pm. There was a suspicious pause & silence (auto-dialler?) when I answered and then the call was disconnected. I then rang back the number (03300270201) and got the following recorded message (female voice, American accent): "The number you have dialled is no longer in service. Scam NHS, asking for covid test.
Had a spate of calls over a month ago. Am ex directory and registered with TPS but still get calls. Tried various tactics ignoring, picking up phone and leaving it w/o answering....they got abusive. Calls now restarted, left to answer machine, interesting messages..may now report to police!
They ve got the wrong name/number & are chasing on behalf of British Gas; an automated message tells me to press 2 if I m not whoever...but still the calls keep coming!

My wife took the call and person with a Asian voice started to go on about my council tax and when i asked why he was calling at this time he said it was very important and i told him all government offices are closed and that this is a failed scam and he and his boss must be as thick as hell to call at this time then i put the phone down. Beware its another scam.

SCAM Every day, two or three times per day. Arrogant woman argued with me that I had registered my number to have a call back from her. No way! They are online trading people. I told her several times do not call me again. She was not for giving in. Eventually I told her to F-off.
