I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.

Received an SMS from this number claiming it's from Royal Mail asking me to pay £2 for delivery, otherwise my parcel will return to sender. On the link which was looking like legit Royal Mail fill-in page, one was supposed to put all his details. It's really interesting that in that day, Friday, I was waiting about 3 deliveries.
