The call is from Greenpeace, looking for volunteers and/or activists. They won t leave a message due to time constraints but a simple 1471 check will confirm.

They called me repeatedly and at some point i just answered and although I didn t really understood what they wanted, they started asking for my personal information. At that point I clearly told them that I m not gonna reveal any of it. They hung up. Better for them

Well, after a couple of days of peace and quiet from this number.. they ve started again, with a VENGEANCE! I have reported them to EVERYONE they can be reported too, and now, im on plan B! FYI if you re on "talktalk" you can set up "last caller barring" which allows you to block up to 10 numbers from ringing you :) and its FREE!! im in the process of setting this up now, and hopefully it will stop all this nonsense! My call blocker (Truecall)marks the call as INTERNATIONAL with Belfast as the origin BUT I live only one hour from Belfast so it is NOT an international number. I suspect it originates in India but is disguised as a local number with the 028 prefix of all landline numbers in Northern Ireland.

Selling caravan on gumtree amongst other sites, received text message asking me to email further information with an address. Email replied immediately saying wanted to do PayPal transaction in full no questions asked. I emailed back not interested in a scam. Reporting to PayPal.
